The full Terms of Use will be posted here before our public launch. Until then, the short version is:

• You must be 13 or older to use Flip Quizz.
• Don't upload material you don't have the rights to, don't post hateful or illegal content, and don't try to break the service.
• The AI tutor, mock exams, and explanations can be wrong — double-check important answers against your notes or textbook. AI is not a substitute for professional advice.
• The service is provided as-is; we work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee perfect availability.
• You can close your account anytime from Settings.
